Job Description for The Teacher:
- To conduct Classes.
- To prepare Lesson Plan,
- To prepare daily plans,
- To take the class test, assessments, quizzes, and exams.
- To check Exam Paper.
- To monitor students in assembly.
- To monitor students in the classroom.
- To monitor students in the discipline.
- To ensure students’ attendance.
- To reduce students, dropping out.
- Counseling Students.
- Extra care of weak students.
- Conduct extracurricular activities in class.
- Help to prepare routine and exam schedules.
- Help to prepare the syllabus
- Attending regular Teachers’ meetings.
- Attending Mojar schools Utsav (Festival).
- Help to Food Program.
- Willing to work in a team.
- Perform other work designed by OBF Management.
- Must be maintaining time management.
- Be able to prioritize work and complete all assignments on time.
- Capable of conducting online and offline classes.
- Must be hardworking, sincere, and responsible
- Must be a strong personality, able to handle pressure.
- Shall be able to handle the guardians (training will be provided)
- Must be able to operate computer work with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development/establishment of program goals, objectives, and strategies and results-based planning through research, collection, analysis, and reporting of education.
- Provide technical and operational support throughout all stages of program processes by executing/administering a variety of technical, program, operational, and administrative transactions.
- Preparing related materials/documentations and complying with organizational processes and management systems,
- Support program planning, results-based planning, and monitoring and evaluating results.
- Work closely and collaboratively with internal and external colleagues and partners to discuss operational and implementation issues, provide solutions, recommendations.
- Monitor and report on the use of program resources (financial, administrative, and other assets).
- Verify compliance with approved allocation/goals, organizational rules, regulations/procedures and donor commitments, standards of accountability, and integrity.
- Report on critical issues/findings to ensure timely resolution by management/stakeholders. Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure resolution.
- Develop & prepare the program/project reports for management, donors, and partners to keep them informed of program progress.
- Identify & generate reports on critical issues, bottlenecks, and potential problems for timely action to achieve results.
- Developing & coordinating the scope of Fundraising.
- Ensure the development & standard of the Education Program, by ensuring
- Participate in appropriate inter-agency/organization meetings/events on programming to collaborate with inter-agency partners/colleagues.
- Contribute to identifying capturing, synthesizing, and sharing lessons learned for knowledge development and capacity development of stakeholders.
- Research and report on best and cutting edge practices for development planning of knowledge products and systems.
- Participate as a resource person in capacity-building initiatives to enhance the competencies of clients/stakeholders.
- Ensure that all program/project team members and partners fully understand the mission-vision of the organization as well as objectives, results framework, and methodologies of projects/programs.
- Exploring the resource opportunities in collaboration with project teams and supporting the teams for appraising the options, preparing quality proposals, and submitting to donors.
- Provide support to program/project teams for executing the budget in line with the updated Delegation of Authority.
- Oversee compliance of financial management of the Programs/projects and audit reports.
- Assist the program/project managers/coordinators to keep up the performance of delegated responsibility as determined in the annual goal & objectives.
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
- Coordinate & support the various projects under the Education Program.
- Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
- To do the related jobs assigned from higher authority.
