Over the past year, we have been steadfast in our pursuit of excellence for the underprivileged children of Bangladesh. We recognized the critical need for a data-centric approach, and in 2024, we aim to fully integrate a central data management system for all our programs, events, and hiring processes. This strategic move will undoubtedly empower us to accomplish even greater feats for the children we serve.
We took significant strides forward by adopting Google Sheets and other essential paid software tools to streamline our operations. The introduction of the Performance Management System (PMS) has played a pivotal role in optimizing our efforts, ensuring that every action we take is backed by data-driven insights.

Our collaboration with KFC Bangladesh has been nothing short of transformative. Together, we embarked on a journey one year ago, aimed at uplifting the lives of street children in Dhaka. Managing eight branches, each catering to 25 students across 12 classes, was a monumental task. Operating during three distinct seasons and conducting classes as early as 8am demanded resilience, and we rose to the occasion.
We are proud to have learned swiftly from our initial challenges, demonstrating our adaptability and determination to make a difference. Our progress, as evident from the data, is a testament to the power of effective monitoring and a data-driven approach. In July 2023, our progress stood at 62%, steadily climbing to 69%, 86%, and culminating in an Outstanding 100% achievement in October. This remarkable journey underscores the impact that the right people, armed with the right skills, can have when dedicated to achieving more.
In October 2023, thanks to the generous support of KFC Bangladesh, we were able to provide free education, nourishment, safety, and precious moments of joy to 2700 street children from all corners of the country. This milestone is a reflection of the profound impact we can make when we join hands for a common cause.
