Overview
Mojar School (Odommo Bangladesh Foundation Initiative) operates as a nonprofit organization dedicated to the welfare of underprivileged children and youth in Bangladesh. As a nonprofit, we do not engage in the sale of physical goods. Instead, we receive donations through bank transfers, mobile financial services (MFS), and other cashless payment methods to support our initiatives. Given the nature of our operations, we do not offer refunds on donations. However, we ensure transparency and accountability in all transactions.
Donation Refund Policy
We understand that errors in donations may occur. If you have made a donation by mistake or wish to request a refund due to a transaction error, please follow these guidelines:
- Refund Eligibility:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
- The request must be accompanied by a valid reason and proof of the transaction, such as a bank statement or MFS transaction ID.
- Only donations made through direct bank transfers or mobile financial services (MFS) are eligible for review. Donations collected through third-party platforms may be subject to their refund policies.
- Non-Refundable Donations:
- Donations made through CSR, grants, sponsorships, or in response to fundraising campaigns cannot be refunded.
- Recurring monthly donations can be canceled for future payments but are not refundable for past transactions.
- Donations made as part of emergency relief funds, special projects, or specific cause-based funding are non-refundable as they are allocated immediately for program execution.
Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: “Donation Refund Request.” Include the following details:
- Full name of the donor
- Contact details (email & phone number)
- Date of donation
- Amount donated
- Mode of donation (Bank/MFS)
- Reason for the refund request
- Proof of transaction (Bank statement, MFS transaction screenshot, or any other valid document)
Our team will review your request and notify you of the decision within 10 working days. If approved, the refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the donation.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but not received:
- Check your bank or MFS account.
- Contact your financial institution, as processing times may vary.

Donation Disputes & Chargebacks We encourage donors to contact us first regarding any issues instead of initiating a chargeback with their bank or MFS provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may affect future transactions and donor privileges.
