Odommo Bangladesh Foundation is a non-political, non-profitable organization. In cooperation with youth, we are running our activities since 10 January 2013. We provide nutrition, education, technology, and treatment for street Children and underprivileged children. As well as safe accommodation along with other necessary relevance

The ‘Education Program Coordinator’ is one of the core positions of the Education program, the ‘Education Program Coordinator’ personnel is directly responsible for ensuring the operational & administrative function of the Education program, which will ensure the quality of the Education Program.

  • Ability to take initiative and pursue goals with minimal supervision & can prepare various program-related reports.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a multi-disciplinary team environment, manage multiple projects and priorities, and work cooperatively to meet internal and external requests.
  • A frequent Field visit may require in Dhaka & outside Dhaka.
  • Basic managerial capacity to build and manage a team and to work with and without top-down supervision.
  • Expert in MS Office, Canva, Internet Browsing, and Data mining.
Responsible For
Job Responsibilities
  1. Play the lead of the education program for supporting underprivileged children in 4 full functional schools 
  2. Contribute to the development/establishment of program goals, objectives, and strategies and results-based planning through research, collection, analysis, and reporting of education.
  3. Preparing related materials/documentation and complying with organizational processes and management systems, support program planning, result-based planning, monitoring and evaluating the result
  4. To reduce the student dropout rate, should coordinate the employment project under the other project
  5. Guide, encourage, and acknowledge fellow team members and bring the maximum outcomes from them. 
  6. Support in the process of budget planning, approving, and implementation of the budget
  7. Ensure the development and standard of the education program by ensuring participation in appropriate inter-agency/organization meetings/events on programming to collaborate with inter-agency partners/colleagues   
  8. Prepared the budget of the program (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) and submit the bill as per the organizational format and procedure.
  9. Have a strong ability to motivate the team and lead the team proactively in a professional and efficient way.
  10. Prepare the program report (Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly) within the deadline and in an appropriate format.
  11. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
  12. Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  13. Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
  14. To do the related jobs assigned by higher authority.
