Full-time, 6 days per week (Saturday – Thursday)
Educational Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s in any discipline preferably Development Studies, Social Science, B.ED/M.ED, Management
- Get priority if you have Professional Certification in: Teaching, Child Development, Project Management, etc.
Experience Requirements
- One year, freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Applicant experience in the following area(s) get advantage: Volunteering, Education, NGO, Development Organization
Espesial Requirement: Candidates should know how to swim.
Responsible for: Student
- Developing a creative learning environment across the school
- Ensure students safety and security
- To ensure classroom environment is comfortable to the students
- To counseling with student, listen to them actively and reduce dropout rate
- To ensure maximum attendance in school (Min 80%)
- Ensure students development through different extracurricular activities
- Arrange class, exam and assembly for student in due time
Responsible for: Teacher and support staff
- To ensure teachers/staff have clear understanding of their role and responsibility
- To plan to develop teacher’s skill
- Monitoring and guiding teachers and support staff
- Assisting with identifying and recruiting potential mentor/teachers
- Ensure teachers safety and security
- Arrange team meeting to discuss the issue and guide teachers
- To help teachers to develop their lesson plan, monthly plan and other activity plan.
Responsible for: Maintenance
- Ensure proper maintenance of the equipment’s and items
- Update office/concern department on the equipment status
- Regular check/cross-check of the equipment
- Prepare list/checklist of the equipment
Responsible for: Safety & Security
- Ensure overall safety and security of the school
- Ensure safety and security of teachers, staffs and students
- Prevent unlawful/criminal activity inside the school
- Ensure proper guidance of the uses of equipment and playground
- Proper monitoring and report to office/concern person
Others Responsibility
- To act as a facilitator in school, able to translate the school’s vision for creative learning into practical implementation
- To take overall responsibility for program and project management, delegating extensively across the school community and ensuring roles and responsibilities are understood clearly by all
- Ensure proper reporting to office/concern department
- School Coordinators will be expected to be released from other duties in order to ensure this role is allocated sufficient time to attend planning, evaluation and networking meetings
- Act as liaison between parents, coaches, students, administrators and teachers.
- Be available by phone or e-mail almost any hour of the day or night (only a slight exaggeration) to help solve any problems you may be having
- Arrange events and other activity assign by office
- Implement the plan to the school effectively and ensure expected outcomes.
- Act to the urgent matter positively
Core KPI:
- Minimum 80% student attendance (90% Target)
- Minimum 90% sponsor student attendance (95% Target)
- Less Than 5% sponsor student dropout
- Less than 10% overall student dropout (Proper justification may consider)

- Minimum 80% Performance as per PMS of Mojar School.
