Contract: 1 Year (Renewable based on performance & mutual interest)
Salary: BDT 25,000/month + 5% Quarterly Profit Share

• Independently plan, strategize, and execute business initiatives from zero to revenue.

• Manage day-to-day operations across areas like Banani, Gulshan, Baridhara, Mohakhali DOHS, Uttara, and Mirpur.

• Drive local sales, ensure service quality, and track financial performance.

• Coordinate supply chain, vendor relations, and customer service for smooth operations.

• Analyze data, prepare reports, and take decisions based on real-time market conditions.

• Act as a leader—not just a staff—in shaping our business growth.
