A day long dental camp was arranged in Mojar School, Maniknagar branch dated on 18 March 2023. The camp was attended by 500 students of Mojar School: Maniknagar branch and 12 doctors from AAKA Association. The event was supported by Mediplus.
The event began with a brief introduction to oral health, its importance and common dental problems. The doctors then set up dental check-up stations and began examining the students’ teeth. Each student was given a thorough check-up, including a dental cleaning guidance and prescription. Students were also given brushes and toothpastes.
The doctors also gave personalized advice to each student on how to improve their oral hygiene routine and prevent dental problems. They discussed the importance of brushing teeth twice a day, flossing, and avoiding sugary foods and drinks.
The dental camp was a huge success, and the students were very enthusiastic about the event. They were pleased to get dental care and education and believed that such camps could help prevent dental problems in the future. Such camps can go a long way in preventing dental problems and promoting overall health and wellbeing.
