Monthly Honorarium: BDT 25,000 – 35,000 (based on skills) + Performance Bonuses based on digital KPI achievement

Position Overview
The Head of Digital Fundraising will lead all online fundraising strategy, execution, donor engagement, and creative content efforts, specifically focusing on fundraising for our Food Program and UTSMS (Under The Sky Mojar School) operations — two of our most essential and high-impact initiatives.
This is a mission-critical leadership role for someone who can blend creativity, analytical thinking, and donor empathy to build a thriving online donor community.
Key Responsibilities (Expanded to 10)

You will lead digital efforts especially aligned to the daily food distribution, UTSMS school operations under open sky, and event-linked campaigns like Eid gifts, birthday celebrations, and national day festivals.

You will manage all donations originating from:
- Facebook/Instagram ads
- Website donate buttons
- Google Forms & WhatsApp campaigns
- Email appeals (with bKash/Nagad/SSL links)
- Influencer-led campaigns
- Online crowdfunding sites
- QR code tracking at events
- SMS push campaigns
- Chatbot & petition systems
- Web-based recurring donor forms
- Flash fundraising sales (e.g., FreshCoconut.com)
All such digitally generated donations will be tracked, reported, and rewarded under your KPI performance dashboard.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Development Studies, Media, or Social Sciences
- Freshers encouraged (if they demonstrate strong communication & digital skills)
- Must be able to think creatively, write well, and handle deadline-driven work
- Prior experience in digital marketing, fundraising, or development sector is a bonus
