Branch Coordinator (Education Program)

We’re Hiring | Join Mojar School as a Branch Coordinator.

Position: Branch Coordinator
Location: Agargaon, Dhaka
Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Employment Type: Full-time (Contractual – 1 year with the possibility of extension)

Who we’re looking for:

1. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Development Studies, Social Science, Education)
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (NGO/Development/Education sector)
3. Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills
4. Passionate about children’s development, safety & well-being

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee academic, extracurricular & operational activities at the branch
2. Guide and mentor teachers and staff
3. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
4. Ensure attendance, retention, and performance targets are met
5. Act as a liaison with parents and the Mojar School HQ

Salary & Benefits:

1. BDT 18,000–22,000 / Monthly  
2. Travel and mobile allowances
3. Performance bonus & festival bonuses (2 yearly)
