Job Opportunity: Senior Manager – Fundraising Coordinator 

Odommo Bangladesh Foundation (Mojar School) is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager – Fundraising Coordinator to lead and enhance our local fundraising efforts. If you have a proven track record in local fundraising and a passion for making a difference, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 5-6 members, including child sponsorship, partnership, and reporting functions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local donors and sponsors.
  • Coordinate report writing, donor follow-ups, and campaign updates with precision.
  • Plan and execute fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Ensure effective collaboration across departments to maximize fundraising impact.
  • Manage 70% desk work and 30% field visits for donor engagement and events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in local fundraising.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and coordinating teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Canva (Intermediate Level) for creating reports and presentations.
  • Must be a non-smoker.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in any discipline is required.
  • Degrees in Social Sciences or Management-related fields are preferred.

Job Location and Hours

  • Office Location: Banani, Dhaka
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Friday off)

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: BDT 20,000 to 30,000 (based on expertise).
  • Two festival bonuses, performance-based incentives, and other benefits as per organizational policy.
