Vision to Victory: 1st Quarter Feedback Summit 2025

Mojar School successfully hosted its 1st quarterly Feedback Summit to reflect, review, and realign its operations for greater impact.

A total of 12 top leaders and program officers came together in this inspiring summit to present their Q1 (Jan-Mar 2025) activities and achievements, diving deep into performance reviews, program outcomes, and operational challenges.

In the first phase, each department shared their journey from vision to execution, highlighting success stories and lessons learned. Honest discussions on failures and setbacks led to powerful insights.

The second phase focused on future planning, as each presenter outlined their Q2 (Apr-Jun 2025) strategies, targets, and mitigation plans to overcome past challenges.

To encourage confident and effective communication, all team members rated the presenters. The one with the highest presentation score (22.2/25) was the Best Presenter and awarded a cash prize.

The summit reflected our commitment to transparency, continuous learning, and team-driven growth. Here’s to making Q2 even more impactful.
