🔍 Job Context
Mojar School, a government-approved and award-winning nonprofit initiative under Odommo Bangladesh Foundation, has been working since January 10, 2013, to ensure education, nutrition, and dignity for street and underprivileged children in Bangladesh. Over the last 13 years, we have built a sustainable, transparent, and impact-oriented organization reaching thousands of children and youth across the country.
To continue our mission, we are launching a new batch of the Young Development Professionals (YDP) Program to groom future leaders who are passionate about social work and ready to take on real responsibilities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
HR & Admin Operations
Assist in recruitment, attendance, and office management
Donor Reporting
Support donor reporting, sponsorship tracking, and fundraising documentation
Field Coordination
Coordinate with field schools for education, meal distribution, and student progress
Professional Reporting
Write professional 6WH reports and maintain daily/weekly reporting logs
Digital Fundraising
Contribute to digital fundraising efforts and social media content planning
Event Organization
Participate in organizing national festivals and awareness campaigns
Volunteer Collaboration
Collaborate with volunteers from all 64 districts for youth-led programs
Logistic Support
Ensure logistic and budget support during education and event activities
Data Analysis
Observe and analyze data for program improvement and M&E activities
Representation
Represent Mojar School ethically and responsibly in all communications
✅ Educational & Candidature Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above (any discipline from reputed institution)
- No current study, side job, freelancing, or business during the program period
- Only for candidates genuinely passionate about nonprofit/social work
- Must have a volunteer's mindset and willingness to serve street and underprivileged children
- Good command of communication (Bangla & English), writing, and basic ICT tools
- Age limit: Maximum 30 years
