We welcome donors, partners, volunteers, institutions and well wishers to visit our school branches, UTSMS points, head office and residential village through a guided, safe and respectful process.

Visit Request Guidelines

All visits must be requested at least 3 working days in advance. This helps us ensure proper safety, internal coordination, staff availability and a smooth visitor experience.

Sunday to Thursday
Office Hour: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM only

Submitting a visit request does not automatically confirm your visit. Our team will review your request and confirm based on schedule, location readiness, security and approval.

Our team remains available to guide, support and coordinate throughout the visit.

Photography, interaction and content creation are guided according to child protection policy.

No Direct Distribution

No money, gifts or food should be given directly to children without prior approval.

Do I need approval before visiting?

Yes. All visits must be approved earlier through the official request process.

Only where allowed and always according to child protection guidelines.

Can I bring a group?

Yes. Please mention the number of visitors clearly in the form.
