Founder of Mojar School & Odommo Bangladesh Foundation

Arian Arif Founder of a Long Term Movement

Building dignity, education, food support, and real life opportunity for street connected children in Bangladesh.

This page shares the founder story, vision, leadership journey, and measurable impact behind Mojar School, a mission built through consistency, compassion, and years of field level commitment.

From One Personal Commitment to a National Mission

Mojar School did not begin with a large office, major funding, or a prepared system. It began with a decision to stay beside children who were living on the streets and being ignored by society.

What started with direct human connection, trust building, and simple acts of consistency gradually grew into a structured movement. Over the years, this journey expanded into education, food support, awareness, volunteer engagement, skill development, and life changing opportunities for thousands of children and youth across Bangladesh.

The founder’s belief has always been clear. Real impact does not come from temporary emotion alone. It comes from discipline, accountability, field presence, sustainability, and the courage to keep showing up year after year.

“Consistency is the key of sustainability. Small efforts, repeated with honesty and patience, can change the future of a child.”

Steady work over many years creates deeper impact than short term visibility. This journey is built on continuity, not trends.
